Can I actually view an MPP file here right now?

Not yet — there's no viable open-source client-side parser for Microsoft Project's format today.

How do I view my project schedule in the meantime?

Export it to CSV or XML from Microsoft Project — both formats render fully in this site's other viewers.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No — even without live parsing, nothing about the file is ever sent to a server.

Will MPP support be added later?

If a viable client-side parser becomes available, yes — this page is ready to be upgraded without changing its URL.

Why is MPP harder to support than DWG or STEP?

DWG and STEP at least have documented (if complex) formats and open-source projects targeting them. MPP has neither a public spec nor an active open-source parsing project we could find.
